What if you can't save me anything?

We’ll tell you straight away if we can’t save you money on your first bill. If that happens, you're getting a great deal and should stick with it! Check back with us on your next billing cycle as there may be new plans or offers for you to take advantage of.

Do you compare all providers & plans?

Yes! Switch Smart compares all public market offers from all registered energy providers in your state.

What states do you support?

Switch Smart is available in all states except WA and NT, where power supplies are regulated and provider changes aren't possible.

Do you switch me over automatically?

Not currently. We cannot automatically switch your supply to a new company. We will tell you who to switch to each month and direct you to them to make sure you're saving.

I am a business, can you check my bills?

Not currently. We currently only support residential comparison.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

We offer a 100% refund within the first 14 days. If you're not happy, please reach out to us.

Do Energy Companies Pay You?

Not a single cent. They don’t pay us, and they probably don’t like us! Our service is all about saving you money and keeping you happy.

Are you Australian-made and owned?

The Switch Smart team works and operates from Melbourne, Australia. We're proud to be 100% Australian-built & owned.

What If I Have Multiple Properties?

You'll need to create a separate account for each property. This ensures that we can monitor and manage each property’s bills effectively.

I have a flat rate and you've recommended a variable rate. How do you compare these?

We compare these rates by allocating your usage based on average home energy use throughout the day.
